Terms and Conditions for Equine Bodyworker Services
These terms and conditions outline the agreement between ZF equine therapy, hereinafter referred to as the “Equine Bodyworker,” and the client seeking equine bodywork services, hereinafter referred to as the “Client.” By booking or receiving services from the Equine Bodyworker, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- 1.Scope of Services:
- The Equine Bodyworker will provide equine bodywork services as agreed upon by both parties. Services may include massage, stretching, acupressure, or other therapeutic techniques intended to enhance the well-being of the horse.
- 2.Health and Veterinary Care:
- The Client is responsible for ensuring the horse’s health and well-being. The Equine Bodyworker is not a veterinarian and does not provide veterinary medical care. The Client should consult with a licensed veterinarian for any health concerns regarding the horse.
- 3.Client’s Responsibilities:
- The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the horse’s health, behavior, and any medical history that may impact the equine bodywork session.
- 4.Informed Consent:
- The Client acknowledges that equine bodywork involves physical contact with the horse. By booking services, the Client provides informed consent for the Equine Bodyworker to perform the agreed-upon techniques on the horse.
- 5.Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- The Client must provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- 6.Payment:
- Payment for services is due at the time of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted forms of payment may vary and should be discussed with the Equine Bodyworker in advance.
- 7.Liability and Release:
- The Client acknowledges that equine bodywork involves inherent risks. The Client releases the Equine Bodyworker from any liability for injuries, accidents, or adverse reactions that may occur during or after the session.
- 8.Confidentiality:
- The Equine Bodyworker agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or health-related information shared by the Client.
- 9.Photography and Promotion:
- The Client grants the Equine Bodyworker permission to take photographs or videos of the session for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
- 10.Limitations:
- The Equine Bodyworker’s services are complementary and not a substitute for veterinary care. The Client should seek advice from a veterinarian for any medical concerns.
- 11.Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
By booking services with the Equine Bodyworker, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated or modified by the Equine Bodyworker, and the most recent version will apply to all future services.
